About Scott

Scott MacDonald has 24 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.

Mr. MacDonald has worked in Long Island, New York, building & renovating custom homes spanning from Manhattan to Montauk for two decades.

In 2015 Mr. MacDonald accepted a position as a Project Manager for Beinert Roofing in a rapidly expanding market of South Texas. Since 2015 Mr. MacDonald has had the honor of working for Beinert Roofing Commercial Division as A Senior Superintendent. Since starting with Beinert Roofing in 2015, he has helped the company grow its total sales from 3 million in 2016 to 20 million in 2023.

Over the past couple of years, Mr. MacDonald has participated in Mentoring Programs in the multifamily and self-storage space to gain the fundamental knowledge to transact commercial real estate. His ability to take construction projects from start to finish, meet deadlines, overcome obstacles, and stay on a budget has been challenging and rewarding.
Mr. MacDonald has priorly invested in Fix & Flips and is currently a GP on 355 Self Storage Units in Alabama.
